Spring Youth Flag Football Recreation League Registration (ages 5-12)
Registration is open Feb. 17-March 9 for league play March 28-May 21, 2020.
Cost: $85 per youth, includes jersey.
Teams receive two weeks of practice prior to season and one practice per week during the season (based upon availability). Teams are guaranteed seven games during the season. There will be no playoffs. Volunteer coaches needed! Coaches will receive NAYS training prior to coaching. All scheduled games will be played at various city of Las Vegas fields. Most games will be played on Saturdays. However, if necessary, games may be scheduled for weekday evenings. Cost: $125 per youth, includes jersey.
Teams in two separate divisions (ages 9-10, 11-12) receive two weeks of practice prior to season and one practice per week during the season (based upon availability). Teams are guaranteed seven games during the season. Volunteer coaches needed! Coaches will receive NAYS training prior to coaching. All scheduled games will be played at various city of Las Vegas fields. Spring I Class Registration Available Through March 7 for Six-week Session Feb. 25-April 4
The city of Las Vegas offers arts classes at several locations that are designed to mold amateur artists in a guided, dynamic and studio-style program tailored to the needs of each student. These open-enrollment classes encourage exploration while creating the opportunity for each student to experience a diverse performing and visual arts education. - Charleston Heights Arts Center Class Registration (ages 6-adult) Charleston Heights Arts Center, 800 S. Brush St. Courses offered include Adult Drama Fundamentals and Introduction to Improvisation, Youth Art, Teen Art, Beyond Sketch, Hip-Hop, Modern Dance, Group Guitar, and private lessons visual art, piano, voice, guitar by appointment.
- Rainbow Company Youth Theatre Drama Class Registration (ages 4-17) Charleston Heights Arts Center, 800 S. Brush St., and Classes taught by award-winning Rainbow Company staff. Courses offered include Story Drama, Performance Fundamentals, Acting Skills for Youth and Acting for Teens. Classes are in demand and space is limited; early registration recommended.
- West Las Vegas Arts Center Class Registration (ages 2-adult) West Las Vegas Arts Center, 947 W. Lake Mead Blvd. Classes offered include African Dance, Ballet, Hip-Hop, African Drum, Audio Recording and Engineering, Video Production, Martial Arts and Chess.
