Where to Celebrate July 4th in Las Vegas Strip to Downtown Las Vegas

The entertainment capital of the world is brighter on America's celebration of freedom

By Donna, publisher & editor June 24, 2019

Celebrating 4th of July at Las Vegas is festive, fun and colorful. This year, the 4th of July falls on a Thursday. Some celebration continues to the weekend, extending the festivities on the 4th of July weekend.

FIREWORKS

Caesars Palace, 9:15 p.m. July 4
The best spot for fireworks year after year, Caesars Palace will be firing off its annual spectacle Thursday, July 4 from the pool area at 9:20 p.m. If you want the best point to view the show, you’ll want to be outside at the Spanish Steps or across the street at The LINQ Hotel. Plan for the show to last about 15 minutes.

Mandalay Bay Beach, 10:30 PM July 4th, 2019
These fireworks take place on Mandalay Bay Beach, the resort’s elaborate and spacious swimming pool/beach area.

The Fremont Street Experience
Fremont Street has a digital fireworks display on its giant canopy on Independence Day. In addition to the real fireworks, virtual fireworks are always part of the Fremont Street Experience light show during the Independence holiday weekend with a ballistic, patriotic display shown on the giant screen above the crowds. In addition, the venue hosts live music and a dance party with local DJ's spinning.

Plaza Hotel & Casino’s Independence Day celebration takes place at the rooftop pool area. It’s free to watch from there.
