Description
Join certified vibrational sound therapy practitioner JaeAna Bernhardt for one or all of these small-group restorative and calming sound sessions. JaeAna will use singing bowls, chimes, bells and other instruments to bring each participant to a place of ultimate relaxation. The sounds stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system which helps to bring calmness and relaxation to the mind and body.

Free and open to the public. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a cushion, floor mat, or anything that will support you in feeling comfortable laying on the floor. Chairs will also be available for those who choose to sit.
Doors will be closed at the start and no late entry will be allowed.
